Stázka is the main contact person of the project, communicating with the Directorate General of Operational Programmes, key activities and main stakeholders of the project. She prepares and coordinates project changes in all their phases. She coordinates individual activities in the project and monitors their development. Keeps track of monitoring indicators and prepares regular monitoring reports. Advises on all technical issues of the project.

Lenka is responsible for the financial management of the project - she monitors the budget spending, analyses savings and solves financial changes of the project. She communicates in the financial area with individual key activities, the Economic Department and representatives of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
