The Charles University Board for the Commercialisation of Research and Development Results is an expert advisory body to the Rector of Charles University in matters relating to the transfer and commercialisation of the University’s research and development results.
The Board serves as an expert panel comprising representatives of the application sector, the private sector, research organisations, and the academic community. The Board provides assessments, consultations, and recommendations to the Rector and, where appropriate, to faculties and other units of Charles University on matters relating to the transfer and commercialisation of research and development results.
The Board’s recommendations and consultations are provided as non-binding expert opinions of an advisory nature. The Board operates in cooperation with the Centre for Knowledge and Technology Transfer of Charles University and the University’s subsidiary, Charles University Innovations Prague.
