            The Charles University Board for the Commercialisation of Research and Development Results

            advisory body to the Rector of Charles University in matters relating to the transfer and 
            of the University’s research and development results.


            The Board serves as an expert panel comprising representatives of the application sector, 
            sector, research organisations, and the academic community. The Board provides assessments
            and recommendations to the Rector and, where appropriate, to faculties and other units of 

            University on matters relating to the transfer and commercialisation of research and devel


            The Board’s recommendations and consultations are provided as non-binding expert opinions 
            nature. The Board operates in cooperation with the Centre for Knowledge and Technology Tra
            University and the University’s subsidiary, Charles University Innovations Prague.
