            Stázka is the main contact person of the project, communicating with the Directorate Gener
            Programmes, key activities and main stakeholders of the project. She prepares and coordina

            changes in all their phases. She coordinates individual activities in the project and moni
            development. Keeps track of monitoring indicators and prepares regular monitoring reports.
