Tadeas Bibr is a 22-year-old Czech entrepreneur and co-founder of Era Compute, a US-based AI infrastructure startup.
Tadeas started working almost full-time at 17 and has since gained experience at companies including Vilgain, Slevomat, Oktagon and Supernova. He has built his career by actively looking for opportunities and creating his own path rather than waiting for one to appear. His approach to career and entrepreneurship is at the heart of this workshop: being proactive, looking for opportunities, gaining experience early and not waiting for someone else to create the path for you.
