Inner Development Goals Meetup: What inner qualities do we need to be able to change the world?

Join us for a meeting of people interested in inner development, meaningful change and the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) framework. On 24 November, we will meet at the Impact Hub Prague from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to share our impressions, inspirations, and emerging ideas. This is a closed event for registered participants only.

The aim is to connect changemakers, students and anyone looking to develop the inner qualities needed to change the world. There will be no presentations or PowerPoints, just conversation, listening and searching for the next step.

IDGs are a framework of inner qualities and abilities that we need to develop to address the world's complex challenges, from personal growth to social transformation.

Building on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), they focus on what needs to change within us so that change can also happen around us.

In October, hundreds of people from around the world — from researchers to educators to organisational leaders — came together at the IDG Summit 2025 in Stockholm to explore how to put these principles into practice.

Some of us were there in person, some watched remotely and some are just getting to know the topic.

This intimate meetup has been organised to provide a space where we can gather around one table to share our impressions, inspirations and questions arising from the IDGs summit.

The IDGs meetup will bring together the following people for a joint dialogue:

- those who attended the summit in Stockholm in person: Veronika Haissingerová (CPPT UK), Kateřina Jiřinová (CPPT UK) and Lukáš Rolf (Změna k lepšímu, IDGs Czechia Center, Red Button), as well as perhaps others;

- the co-creators of the Inner Development Goals Czechia Center: Petr Fridrich, Nina Bressler and Michaela Skalníková, as well as perhaps others;

- those interested in inner development and social change, including changemakers and students.
