            The goal of EReadyMonitor (Engagement Readiness Monitor) project is to study and improve t
            for the collaboration between HEIs (High Education Institutions) and business. The project

            focuses on the analysis of the impactful cooperation activities in order to increase their
            the commercial and societal spheres. EReadyMonitor project will offer critical insights in
            Business Cooperation that lead to the development of the self-assessment tool. This tool i

            measure the readiness for the engagement with external parties, as well as to help to incr
            readiness at the institutional level. Finally, the project will develop the means to effic

            engagement of HEIs with business.

            Thanks to the Centre for Knowledge and Technology Transfer (CKTT), Charles University will

            University-Business Cooperation and knowledge transfer expertise and experience into the d
            Intellectual Outputs (IOs).


            Objectives:
            • to gain an deep understanding of universities’ engagement with business and their readin
              participate in various engagement activities

            • to develop a new tool that evaluates the university engagement readiness at the institut
            • to design the Engagement Readiness Toolkit that will help increase the readiness of the 
              develop cooperation with business


            EReadyMonitor is a two years Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2: Strategic Partnerships fund
            project is a collaboration between 5 partners from four HEIs and one network from 5 Europe
