Campus Hybernská is a joint project of Charles University and the City of Prague, which aims to fulfill the interests of both sides – to engage in the city development and to accomplish the third role of the university. The Hyb4City project is based on the Strategic intent of Charles University, and its realization is assigned to the CKTT. The main goal is to contribute to the cooperation among faculties and disciplines of Charles University, especially in the areas of education, research, tech transfer, and innovation.

Marcel is the manager of the Hyb4City project, he is responsible for team coordination and strategic development of the programme on the innovation ecosystem and knowledge transfer of Charles University. Before joining CKTT, Marcel worked in the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, his portfolio includes programmes ÉTA and ZÉTA. He works on national and international policies supporting culture and creative industries. Previously, Marcel was a collaborator of the Innovative Transfer Systems Fraunhofer Institute for Central and Eastern Europe in Leipzig.

Jan leads Innovation Lab - the course focused on innovation. His portfolio includes several acceleration programs focused on social innovations, he also founded EduFórum, created the online portal dobrokurzy.cz, etc. Currently, he is also in charge of education in Slevomat.
